Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Customer Service Tele-Caller. The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with potential and existing customers over the phone, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about the company's premium natural stone offerings. Additional tasks include managing client accounts, following up on leads, maintaining accurate call records, and collaborating with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications Solid verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and call documentation processes Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is advantageous Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet performance targets High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n371y
