About the Role

We're seeking an experienced NCLEX Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and instruction to students, developing curriculum and course materials, and providing guidance and support to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Teaching and Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures, group classes, and online classes to students.


· Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and refine NCLEX -related curriculum, course materials, and assessments.

· Student Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students, including advising on academic and career matters.

· Assessment and Evaluation: Develop, administer, and grade assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student learning outcomes.

· Video Content: Appear in video content as part of the role, including training, promotional, or educational purposes.

· Presentation Skills: Deliver effective, informative, and well-structured presentations to students.

· Job flexibility in terms of time, campaign, college outreach programs and seminars etc.

Requirements

· Education: BSc or MSc in Nursing (Mandatory)


· Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in training/mentoring nurses for licensing exams like NCLEX.

· Sound knowledge of NCLEX nursing exam patterns and clinical question formats.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to appear in videos.

· Tech-savvy, with experience using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

· Solid interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in student success.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,500 per month ( negotiable)
