Staff Nurse Trainee Chavara

Greet patients and conduct initial evaluations of their health status. Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels. Gather detailed health histories and information on the "chief complaint" or reason for the visit.

Explain medical conditions, medications, and treatment plans to patients and their families in straightforward terms. Coordinate continued care, including scheduling specialist referrals or follow-up appointments.

Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in medication administration, wound care, and emergency response (e.g., CPR/BLS). Strong Communication: The ability to build rapport with patients and effectively relay information to doctors. Empathy & Patience: Providing emotional support to anxious patients and handling difficult situations professionally. Ensure all medical equipment is functional, clean, and properly calibrated. Manage inventories of medications and surgical supplies. Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic workplace.
