About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Seafood Production Supervisor to oversee daily seafood processing and production operations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, knowledge of seafood handling standards, and the ability to manage production teams efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily seafood processing and packing operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Monitor hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance
- Manage production staff, shifts, and workflow
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams
- Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain production reports and documentation
