Key Responsibilities: Welcoming patients and visitors with a skilled and empathetic demeanor. Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and queue management. Handling telephonic inquiries and coordinating with medical staff. Assisting with billing, registration, and maintaining patient records. Ensuring the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
