HR Executive (Yadgir)

Stalwart Laboratories is hiring an HR Executive for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. WORK LOCATION (In office, Non-negotiable): Plot Nos. 292–296, Kadechur Industrial Area, Kadechur Village, Yadagir Taluka & Dist, Karnataka State – 585221, India. Candidates MUST be willing to relocate to / work from Kadechur. Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Payroll processing, attendance, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Factories Act)
- Employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes
- GMP training coordination and training record maintenance
- Records maintenance as per GMP/ISO documentation standards
- Liaison with government bodies for factory license renewals, audits
- Performance appraisal system management
- Manpower planning with production and R&D; teams Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (HR preferred)
- 3–6 years in HR operations (pharma/chemical manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge of Factories Act, Indian labour laws, PF/ESI regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software
