Store Manager – Titan Eye+ Location: Raiganj Industry: Retail / Eyewear / Optical Experience Required: 4–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead operations for a Titan Eye+ store in Raiganj, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have solid retail management experience, excellent team handling capabilities, and a customer-first mindset. Prior experience in eyewear, optical retail, Titan ecosystem, or an ophthalmic/optometry background will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards
- Supervise and mentor store staff, including training and performance management
- Handle inventory management, stock audits, and product replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained
- Manage billing, cash handling, reporting, and operational compliance
- Build customer relationships and improve repeat business/customer retention
- Coordinate with regional teams and vendors for operational requirements
- Resolve customer escalations effectively and professionally Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in retail store management
- Strong understanding of retail sales and customer service
- Experience in eyewear, optical retail, fashion retail, or healthcare retail preferred
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage targets, operations, and customer satisfaction simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and retail reporting Preferred Background Candidates with any of the following backgrounds will be preferred:
- Prior experience with Titan Eye+ or similar eyewear brands
- Optical retail experience
- Optometrist/Ophthalmic assistant background
- Exposure to premium retail environments Pay: ₹12,070.77
