Back Office Executive Assistant to CEO Location: Raiganj Industry: Business Operations Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Back Office Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, detail-oriented, good with computers and documentation, and capable of handling responsibilities independently with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires someone who can take ownership, coordinate across teams, manage important records and invoices, and ensure smooth back-office operations while directly supporting the CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage invoices, bills, records, and business documentation efficiently
- Maintain data, reports, MIS, and important business files
- Coordinate with vendors, stores, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Handle emails, follow-ups, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination tasks
- Ensure timely processing and tracking of invoices and operational documents
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational summaries
- Support overall office coordination and ensure smooth backend operations
- Take initiative in solving operational issues proactively Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in back office, executive assistant, admin, or operations roles
- Good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Smart, proactive, and quick learner with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail Preferred Background Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Executive Assistant or Admin support roles
- Retail, operations, or business coordination experience
- Invoice management and documentation handling
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders/CEOs What We’re Looking For
