Job Title: School Principal

Location: Mujwartal, Manihari Block, Katihar

Salary: 2.5 lakhs per year + perks

This is a full time, in office role for a Principal based in Mujwartal Panchayat, Katihar. The Principal will oversee the overall administration, curriculum development, and operational management of the institution. Responsibilities include managing academic programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, mentoring staff, monitoring student development, and driving community engagement.

The role also involves coordinating initiatives that align with the foundation’s mission of driving social impact and fostering leadership skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall school operations and administration

Develop, implement, and monitor academic programs and curriculum

Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff

Ensure a high standard of teaching, discipline, and student performance

Maintain compliance with educational regulations and organizational policies

Foster a positive learning environment and school culture

Build relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders

Drive initiatives aligned with social impact and holistic student development

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory

Minimum 5 years of prior experience in school leadership or educational administration

Fluency in Spoken English – Mandatory

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring abilities

Ability to manage academic and operational functions effectively
