Job Title: School Principal Location: Mujwartal, Manihari Block, Katihar Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Salary: 2.5 lakhs per year + perks This is a full-time, in office role for a Principal based in Mujwartal Panchayat, Katihar. The Principal will oversee the overall administration, curriculum development, and operational management of the institution. Responsibilities include managing academic programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, mentoring staff, monitoring student development, and driving community engagement. The role also involves coordinating initiatives that align with the foundation’s mission of driving social impact and fostering leadership skills among students. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall school operations and administration
- Develop, implement, and monitor academic programs and curriculum
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure a high standard of teaching, discipline, and student performance
- Maintain compliance with educational regulations and organizational policies
- Foster a positive learning environment and school culture
- Build relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders
- Drive initiatives aligned with social impact and holistic student development Required Qualification:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in school leadership or educational administration
- Fluency in Spoken English – Mandatory
