Your Role:

• Strategically grow Pratibimb across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn

• Build platform-specific growth and content distribution strategies

• Handle YouTube SEO, discoverability, titles, thumbnails, keywords & retention optimization

• Analyze insights, audience behavior, watch time & engagement patterns

• Help shape content direction from a growth + audience psychology perspective

• Work closely with editors, designers, writers & creative team

• Support growth strategy for associated brand/corporate storytelling projects as well

✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience in YouTube/Instagram growth & SEO

• Understands monetisation, retention & audience-building

• Thinks beyond trends and vanity metrics

• Understands emotionally driven storytelling content

• Can balance creativity with strategy

• Wants to help build a long-term media brand, not just manage a page
