Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Job Description Location: Raipur, India (Travel as required) Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors Salary: Open, depending on experience and fit

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s operational and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in banking and fintech, and a proven track record in driving large-scale growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Lead overall business operations and drive growth strategies across all functions. Identify new market opportunities, optimize existing processes, and implement scalable solutions. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define company strategy and ensure execution. Oversee operational efficiency, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a results-driven culture. Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to banking and fintech. Engage with stakeholders, partners, and investors to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience: MBA from a top-tier (CAT A) college. Minimum 15 years of work experience in banking, fintech, or related sectors. Proven leadership experience at a senior management level, preferably COO, VP Operations, or equivalent.
