Microsoft Dynamics Consultant (Raipur)

*Senior Dynamics 365 Developer* Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Bhopal/Jaipur Contract Duration: Long term Experience: 10+ years *PF & BGV are mandatory*

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Implement configurations such as entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
• Assist with Copilot (AI-powered) feature configuration and enhancements
• Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerPages/PowerPortal)
• Support integrations and data flows with guidance from senior developers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist with testing, documentation, and defect resolution
• Learn and follow coding standards, security models, and best practices

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service (or solid hands-on exposure)
• Basic understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and case management concepts
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Willingness to learn AI-driven features such as Dynamics 365 Copilot

Nice to Have
• Exposure to Azure services or APIs
• Experience working in Agile teams
