• Understanding client briefs & budgets with the sales team and helping them with execution planning & solution.
• Handling tentage work, truss pandal setup, and technical operation.
• Site surveys to determine scope and needs for an event Stage manage as needed
• Sticking to a budget as laid out with the client
• In office production for Event Setups
• Developing, implementing, and managing events
• Planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Making all the paperwork for every project &Tenders;
• Ongoing communication with the client to keep them up to date on any changes
• Adjusting event accordingly based on guest concerns and feedback
• Serving as the main contact point for any and all problems that arise at the event
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Manage all aspects of execution including, creating overall setup, ensuring seamless setup of pillars, Hangar experience, securing and prepping speakers, overseeing production, pre-show logistics, and post-show assessment
