Job Title: Service Advisor – Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Company: Bhasin Motors Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job Type: Full-time About the Role Bhasin Motors, an authorized Tata Motors Cars dealership in Raipur, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Advisor to enhance our after-sales service experience. This role is ideal for candidates who combine technical expertise with strong customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center
- Understand and accurately diagnose customer concerns related to vehicles
- Prepare job cards and explain estimated costs, timelines, and required repairs
- Coordinate effectively with workshop technicians for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high service quality standards
- Promote value-added services, AMC packages, and genuine parts
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation and billing
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and retention Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and service processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell services and meet service targets
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CRM systems preferred) Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
