Job Title: Research Associate (2 Positions)

Location: Nava Raipur (In office) Experience Required: 2-3 Years About the Role: Excellent communication starts with listening. As a Research Associate, you will be the eyes and ears of our government client's communication strategy. Your findings will be the bedrock upon which our entire PR and media plan is built. We are looking for intellectually curious professionals—ideally with a background in development or finance sector research—who know how to extract genuine insights from diverse demographics. Key Responsibilities:
· Design the Roadmap: Collaborate with the team lead and the department to design comprehensive, end-to-end research strategies.
· Keep an Ear to the Ground: Lead on-ground research and stakeholder engagements to uncover the core issues, perceptions, and needs of the public.
· Drive the Conversation: Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) with key citizen segments and design targeted online and offline surveys.
· Uncover the "Why": Investigate public perception, media trends, and systemic bottlenecks to provide evidence-based insights that will directly inform our communication campaigns.
· Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with Impact Assessment Analysts to ensure your field data is translated into actionable PR strategies. Required Education & Experience:
· Post-graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Policy, Social Science, or Media Studies.
· 2-3 years of experience in managing communications, research, or public engagement for public/private sector entities.
· Proven experience in leading large-scale projects for government or private organizations.
· Proficiency in local languages (Chhattisgarhi / Hindi). What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred):
