Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-impact sessions on business strategy, competitive advantage, growth strategy, market expansion, and business model innovation, tailored to the maturity and function of each executive cohort.
- Lead discussion-based and simulation-driven learning experiences that help executives develop strategic thinking as a practiced discipline, not a theoretical exercise.
- Develop original case studies, strategic frameworks, and business challenges drawn from diverse industries, geographies, and market contexts.
- Facilitate leadership conversations on transformation, organisational disruption, and adaptive strategy, bridging strategic intent with execution realities.
- Challenge participants to pressure-test their assumptions and build well-reasoned strategic positions, using Socratic inquiry and structured debate where appropriate.

Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 15 years of experience at the intersection of strategy and leadership, in consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent senior management roles.
- Depth in one or more of: business strategy, competitive strategy, growth strategy, market entry, digital transformation, corporate restructuring, or innovation management.
