Tender Filing Intern (Raipur)

We’re Hiring: Tender Filing Intern Location: Raipur/ Hybrid Duration: 3–6 Months Internship

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in working at the intersection of sustainability, infrastructure, consulting, and business operations? Confidential company is looking for a Tender Filing Intern to support our team in identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders and proposal documentation for projects related to sustainability consulting, green buildings, ESG, climate action, infrastructure, and allied sectors.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Track and identify relevant tenders/RFPs from portals and websites
• Assist in preparing tender documentation and compliance sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
• Organize company documents, certifications, profiles, and past project records
• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain tender trackers
• Support proposal formatting, documentation, and presentation preparation
• Maintain records of submitted and upcoming tenders

???? Preferred Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Valuable written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of government/private tender processes is a plus
