Not because the team wasn't thorough. Because manual review across thousands of pages, under deadline pressure, with an incomplete data room, cannot catch everything. - A tax issue that changes the return entirely By then it is a post-acquisition problem. Not a diligence finding. The deal is done. The price is paid. The damage is real. This is for someone who already sits close to live transactions — and wants real upside from relationships they have spent years building. Your job is easy: get DealOS into the right rooms. We close it from there. What You'll Do → Identify family offices and PE funds actively evaluating direct deals → Make warm introductions using relationships you already have → Surface live diligence situations where DealOS creates immediate value → Join customer conversations where your presence helps move things → Feed back what you hear to sharpen positioning and product Who We're Looking For The title does not matter. What matters is whether you have 15–30 relationships with people actively doing deals today — and whether they trust your judgment enough to take a meeting. Priority profiles: → Former family office deal principal or direct investment head → Independent advisor serving SFOs or MFOs → Former PE Associate / VP / Principal → Former Big-4 TAS — EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG → Former FTI or Kroll transaction professional → Boutique M&A; advisor with active deal relationships Compensation Pure success-based. No salary. No targets. No cold call quotas. Your Contribution if exceptional from deal sourcing to closing you will be rewareded handsomly in 20–30% of deal value no commission cap. Exceptional long-term partners transition into strategic advisory roles with equity.
