Position Overview:
Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and target-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) – B2B Sales to expand business operations across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing channel sales, building robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth for telematics and fleet management solutions.
Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales for GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, and IoT-based solutions in the assigned territory. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with transporters, logistics companies, fleet owners, corporates, OEMs, and dealers. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and enterprise clients. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and payment collection. Develop and execute territory sales plans and market expansion strategies. Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful deployment and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements. Prepare daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development. Prior experience in Telematics, GPS Tracking, Fleet Management, IoT, SaaS, Automobile, or Logistics industry preferred. Strong understanding of channel sales and enterprise sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling field sales independently. Good network within transport, logistics, fleet, or automobile sectors will be an added advantage.
