Founder's Office Intern (Raipur)

About the role At Nexora Solutions, we build AI, automation, and enterprise performance tools that actually move the needle for businesses. We're growing quick — and so is our team of interns. We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern — someone who works directly with the founder, keeps the ship running, and acts as the central point of coordination across our intern teams. This is not a coffee-and-calendar role. You'll be in the room where decisions happen, helping execute on them. What you'll do Intern team coordination
- Manage day-to-day coordination across the dev and AI intern team
- Assign tasks, track progress, and follow up on deliverables
- Run brief daily/weekly check-ins to keep everyone aligned
- Flag blockers early so the founder doesn't have to chase Founder's day-to-day
- Manage the founder's schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
- Take notes in meetings, track action items, and make sure things get done
- Handle research, drafts, and prep work before key meetings or decisions
- Be the single point of contact between the founder and the rest of the team Who we're looking for
- Extremely organized — you track everything, forget nothing
- Proactive communicator — you close loops without being asked
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Familiar with tools like Excel, google sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, Teams, etc
- Enough tech awareness to speak meaningfully with dev/AI interns
- Discretion — you'll have access to sensitive founder-level information
- Based in or willing to relocate to Raipur (this is a fully in-person role) Nice to have
- Prior experience managing a team, event, or project (college counts)
- Interest in startups, AI, or enterprise tech
- Ability to write clearly — emails, updates, briefs What you get
