Associate Manager- Global Deal Team (Raipur)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager to join the Global Deal Team. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with the Investment Team to drive deal execution, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to FCG’s growth and play a key role in the financial services ecosystem.

Experience required: 7+ years Time: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Location: Remote Type of employment: Full-time

Responsibilties Deal Execution
- Review and analyze client financial statements and business performance
- Develop client business overviews and Investment Memorandums (IMs)
- Build and maintain financial models (3-way: P&L;, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
- Coordinate lender interactions and support deal closure processes
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across FCG’s product offerings
- Stay updated on market trends and financing solutions

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and lending partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Marketing, etc.) for seamless execution
- Support client engagement strategies and deal pipeline growth

Administration & Reporting
- Manage project plans and ensure adherence to internal SLAs
- Maintain accurate deal data on project management systems
- Provide insights and reporting for ongoing deals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
