Sales Manager: Field Operations (Raipur)

About the Role Niyogo runs large field operations onboarding drivers and gig workers onto Indias leading mobility and delivery platforms. Were looking for a Sales Manager to lead our field team across Chhattisgarh — own the targets, lead the people, and drive results on the ground. You’ll lead a team of supervisors who in turn drive 20–30 field sales officers across multiple cities. This is a hands-on, in-market role for someone who leads from the front: you’ll set the targets, ride along with your team, solve problems on the ground, and build a team that delivers month after month. What You’ll Do
- Lead your supervisors and drive a 20–30 member field team across multiple cities in Chhattisgarh
- Set, track, and hit monthly targets by city, by supervisor, and by team member.
- Run a sharp review rhythm, daily check-ins and weekly reviews that keep everyone focused and on track.
- Be on the ground with your team: coach, guide, and clear roadblocks so they can perform.
- Build a strong, secure team, bring out the best in your people and keep your top performers engaged and on board.
- Read the field early and spot what’s working, fix what isn’t, and keep the team moving. What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years in field sales or field operations, with a strong record of hitting targets.
- Experience leading teams of 20+ (directly or through supervisors) and keeping them motivated and together.
- A hands-on leader who’s comfortable in the field, not behind a desk.
- Strong at running review cadence and managing performance to numbers.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
- Hindi fluency essential; based in or open to relocating to Raipur, with travel across the region.
