Insurance manager (Raipur)

An Insurance Manager in Maruti Suzuki is responsible for handling vehicle insurance operations, claim management, policy renewals, customer coordination, and insurance business growth at dealership or company level. The role mainly focuses on customer satisfaction, insurance revenue, and smooth claim processing. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete motor insurance operations for new and used car customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, and claims.
- Handle accidental claim processing and survey approvals.
- Ensure timely settlement of customer insurance claims.
- Achieve insurance sales and renewal targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and surveyors.
- Guide customers regarding insurance coverage, cashless claims, and documentation.
- Monitor pending claims and ensure quick resolution.
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports related to insurance business.
- Train sales and service teams regarding insurance products and claim procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki insurance SOPs and company policies.
