The candidate should have positive knowledge of company law procedures, statutory compliance, and corporate record management. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory registers and company records.
- Prepare and file ROC forms, annual returns, and compliance documents.
- Assist in board meetings, resolutions, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Draft notices, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle basic legal and corporate documentation work.
- Monitor deadlines related to statutory and regulatory filings. Requirements
- Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of ROC filings and corporate compliance procedures.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
