Executive Chef– Dalcheeni Location: Currency Tower, VIP Chowk, Raipur Role Overview: Lead all kitchen operations at Dalcheeni, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, innovation, and profitability while maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily kitchenoperations and food productionCurate and innovate Indian&multi-cuisine menu offerings Ensure taste consistency, plating standards and recipe standardization Manage food cost, wastage, inventory and vendor sourcing Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff Maintain hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance Support menu engineering, pricing and seasonal promotionsDrive guest satisfaction through quality and operational excellence Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef Strong expertise in Indian cuisine; multi-cuisine preferred Sound knowledge of cost control and kitchen management Passion for innovation, discipline and team leadership
