We are looking for an Professional Experienced, creative, and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines with the ability to manage kitchen staff, maintain food quality, control costs, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete kitchen operations and team management.
- Prepare and supervise high-quality dishes across Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental sections.
- Design and update innovative menus based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality standards.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
- Monitor food inventory, stock management, and wastage control.
- Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff for professional performance.
- Coordinate with restaurant management for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage food costing and kitchen budgeting efficiently.
- Ensure timely food preparation during peak operational hours. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in restaurants or hotels.
- Robust knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creative approach towards menu planning and presentation.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills. Preferred Candidate
- Young, skilled, and passionate culinary professional.
- Experience in multi-cuisine restaurants preferred.
- Ability to handle kitchen operations independently. Pay: ₹30,000.00
