Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the complete design department for high mast poles and related structures. Approve structural designs, fabrication drawings, and technical calculations. Ensure compliance with IS standards, wind load requirements, and customer specifications. Oversee design optimization for cost reduction and production efficiency. Coordinate with production, QA/QC, projects, procurement, and sales teams. Provide technical support during tendering, client discussions, and project execution. Review and approve BOMs, GA drawings, and shop drawings. Handle design-related client queries and approvals. Guide and mentor design engineers and drafting teams. Ensure timely completion of all design deliverables.
