Graphic Designer (Raipur)

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in printing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality print-ready designs and ensuring all materials are optimized for various printing methods, including offset, digital, and large format printing. Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for print materials including brochures, business cards, flyers, banners, packaging, signage, and promotional items.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver on brand objectives.
- Work with printers to ensure materials are produced according to specifications and troubleshoot any print-related issues.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and templates across various platforms.
- Stay up to date with design trends and printing technologies to deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a print-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of prepress processes, CMYK/RGB color modes, paper types, and print production techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of large format and digital printing is a plus.
- Familiarity with finishing techniques like embossing, foiling, die-cutting, etc., is desirable. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with packaging design and dielines.
- Basic knowledge of print press operations.
