Job Description – EPC Sales & Marketing Company: Greenworld Solarwares Pvt Ltd Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 03–06 Years Qualification: MBA-Marketing / B. Tech / Any Graduate with relevant EPC Sales experience Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Electrical / Industrial Solutions Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented EPC Sales to drive business growth for Solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, handling techno-commercial discussions, and achieving sales targets in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop business opportunities for Solar EPC projects in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors.
- Identify new clients, conduct market research, and expand the company’s customer base.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, negotiations, payments, and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities for brand visibility.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, and customer database. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Solar EPC Projects, Solar Modules, Solar Panels, and Renewable Energy solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently.
- Experience in B2B sales and project-based selling.
- Strong customer relationship management and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing concepts preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Solar EPC / Electrical / Industrial product sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Strong network in industrial and commercial sectors will be an added advantage. Salary & Benefits
