Experience: 1–3 Years (Lubricants / Industrial Preferred)

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Direct Sales Representative (DSR) to promote and sell Shell Lubricants products in Srikakulam and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dealer, mechanic, and fleet customer network Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Identify new business opportunities in industrial segments Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and product promotions Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records Coordinate with distributor and company team for stock planning

Candidate Requirements: 1–3 years of field sales experience (Lubricants preferred) Solid communication and negotiation skills Two-wheeler mandatory Knowledge of local market in Srikakulam district Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting)

Candidates with prior experience in lubricants, industrial sales, or dealership handling will be given preference.
