IT Service Desk Engineer (Rajarajeshwari Nagar)

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organisation.
- Manage configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Ubuntu).
- Administer IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, firewalls, databases, and malware protection software.
- Create, verify, and manage regular backups of critical data.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and test computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment.
- Upgrade systems and processes to enhance functionality and address security vulnerabilities.
- Manage Office 365 / Microsoft Office / Outlook environments.
- Configure and maintain basic Wi-Fi networks and firewall settings.
- Review application logs and proactively identify system issues.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT administration experience preferred; freshers with strong technical skills and a learning mindset are welcome.
- Experience with multiple OS platforms — Windows, Mac OS X, and Ubuntu.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Office suite, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi setup, and firewall configuration.
- Solid problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of issues.
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude. Pay: ₹15,000.00
