Job: Production Engineer Diaper, Rajkot

• Willing relocate in shift.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Ensure to complete production plan within time and cost effective.

Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

• Overseeandcoach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedure
• Undertake special projects as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Maintain the cGMP, 5S on shop floor.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Production Engineer.
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills

Education Qualification:-High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
