We are a House of Concrete Solutions delivering Bricks, Blocks, Pavers, Precast Products & now expanding into Steel Structures + Architectural Facade Systems.

We are building a high-precision, design-driven manufacturing & execution company — not a typical contractor.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a strong structural engineer who can:

· Understand structural calculations (not just software)

· Prepare working drawings / detailing

· Coordinate confidently with structural consultants

· Handle site execution challenges

If you are only a draftsman or only a software operator, this role is NOT for you.

Required Skills

- Structural design exposure using ETABS / STAAD.Pro / SAP2000
- Working drawings + detailing (Tekla Structures / AutoCAD)
- Understanding of steel / precast / hybrid structures
- Ability to coordinate with consultants & resolve real-site issues
- Good communication skills (client-facing confidence required)

Key Responsibilities

- Review and understand structural designs
- Prepare & manage working drawings
- Coordinate with external structural consultants
- Visit site and solve execution-level problems
- Optimize design for cost and practicality

Experience & Salary

- Experience: 4–8 years (preferred)
- Salary: ₹10 – ₹16 LPA (based on capability)

- You have no site experience
- You cannot independently handle consultant discussions
