Stakeholder Coordination: o Act as the bridge between Client, Contractors, Curation Committee, architects. o Facilitate collaboration between international and domestic teams, respecting cultural nuances and practices. 3. Budget and Resource Management: o Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost optimization. 4. Compliance and Permitting: o Ensure adherence to environmental impact guidelines. 5. Quality Assurance: o Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, especially for culturally significant installations and exhibits. o Supervise the integration of modern technologies with traditional techniques to enhance visitor experience.
