Production Supervisor (Morbi)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will manage shop floor activities, coordinate with different departments, and lead production teams to achieve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and inventory records
- Implement and enforce safety policies and workplace discipline
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff and operators
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning departments
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- 0-3 years experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
- Good problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills
- Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple production lines Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00
