Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Production Manager based in Rajkot. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines. Additional responsibilities include optimising workflows, supervising production teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company objectives.

Qualifications Experience in production planning, workflow optimisation, and team management Knowledge of quality control processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements Understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and collaboration abilities Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing is a strong advantage Proficiency in production management software and tools is preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4luywe
