Role & responsibilities Purchase Management
- Supplier Selection &
- Evaluation : Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiation: Secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements.
- Purchase Strategy: Develop cost-saving procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Documentation: Maintain RFQs, quotations, comparative analyses, and purchase orders for audit and compliance.
- Market Monitoring: Track market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Preferred candidate profile
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- FIFO Implementation: Ensure First-In-First-Out principle to minimize wastage.
- Material Handling: Oversee incoming material inspection (expiry, quality, quantity) and proper storage.
- Safety &
- Security : Enforce safety protocols, daily sealing/opening procedures, and compliance with regulations.
- Housekeeping & 5S: Maintain organized, efficient, and clean storage facilities. Reporting &

- MIS Reports: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory, purchases, and consumption.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

- Supervision : Recruit, train, and guide storekeepers and purchase officers.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with production, finance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
