Location: Morbi, Gujarat (Head Office) Website:- Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and technically strong professional for our tiles Adhesive Division who has sound knowledge of adhesive production, quality control, raw materials, product testing, and procurement coordination. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling the complete process from raw material evaluation to finished product quality assurance and site-level technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Raw Material & Procurement Coordination
- Positive understanding of adhesive raw materials such as cement, polymers, fillers, additives, chemicals, and minerals.
- Coordinate with the purchase/procurement department for vendor development and technical approval of raw materials.
- Evaluate vendor samples and ensure quality compliance before approval.
- Support cost optimization while maintaining product quality standards. Production & Manufacturing
- Handle and monitor daily production activities of tile adhesives
- Ensure smooth production planning and process execution as per quality standards.
- Monitor batch formulations, mixing processes, production parameters, and productivity improvements.
- Coordinate with production teams for maintaining process efficiency and minimizing wastage. Quality Control & Testing
- Strong knowledge of adhesive quality parameters and testing procedures.
- Perform raw material testing, in-process quality checks, and finished product testing.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing methods related to tile adhesives and construction chemicals.
- Conduct testing
- Maintain QC reports, test certificates, and documentation as per standards.
- Handle product complaint analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Technical & Site Support
- Visit project sites or dealer locations whenever technical issues or application problems arise.
- Provide technical guidance regarding product application and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer complaint handling and site inspection reports. Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare production MIS, quality reports, technical observations, and testing records.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, purchase, and sales teams for continuous product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company quality systems and safety standards. Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of tile adhesives and construction chemical products.
- Hands-on experience in adhesive manufacturing and quality control.
- Good understanding of laboratory testing methods and product performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of procurement and raw material sourcing.
- Ability to handle technical troubleshooting and site complaints.
- Ready to travel for site visits and technical inspections whenever required. Preferred Qualification
