- Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Head to lead complete factory operations for aluminium windows, doors, facade, and glass system manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, manpower handling, quality control, machine productivity, dispatch coordination, and on-time project completion while maintaining premium manufacturing standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete production operations of aluminium windows & doors manufacturing unit
- Manage daily production planning and target achievement.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, glass fitting, hardware installation, and finishing departments
- Ensure smooth workflow between design, production, stores, QC, and dispatch teams
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, wastage control, and efficiency improvement
- Maintain product quality standards as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with procurement team for material availabilities.
- Lead and manage production supervisors, operators, and factory staff
- Ensure timely project completion and dispatch schedules
- Maintain factory discipline, safety standards, and operational processes
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management
- Handle troubleshooting and process improvement in manufacturing operations
- Support installation and project coordination teams whenever required
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and production equipment
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of aluminium window & door systems
- Experience in fabrication and glass-related manufacturing processes
- Production planning and manpower management
- Knowledge of quality control and factory operations
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Understanding of technical drawings and production execution
- ERP/software knowledge will be an added advantage Qualification
- Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production / Civil or relevant field
- Relevant experience in aluminium windows, facade, glass, or fabrication industry preferred Experience:
- 5+ years experience in production or manufacturing operations
- Prior experience in aluminium system windows & doors industry preferred Facilities:
