Business Development Executive - Freelancing Platforms (Rajkot)

Softhealer Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experience in online bidding and client acquisition through freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying potential clients, writing effective proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities. The role also requires close coordination with the technical team to deliver accurate project solutions to clients. Location

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.
- Search and analyze project requirements and submit high-quality proposals and bids.
- Communicate with international clients through chat, calls, and emails to understand project needs.
- Coordinate with technical and project management teams to prepare accurate project proposals and cost estimates.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Manage client communication during the pre-sales process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and opportunities in CRM or internal systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience
- 2+ Year Must Have
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Solid lead generation and conversion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
