Role & responsibilities

Purchase Management Supplier Selection & Evaluation

: Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines. Negotiation: Secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements. Purchase Strategy: Develop cost-saving procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Documentation: Maintain RFQs, quotations, comparative analyses, and purchase orders for audit and compliance. Market Monitoring: Track market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies. FIFO Implementation: Ensure First-In-First-Out principle to minimize wastage. Material Handling: Oversee incoming material inspection (expiry, quality, quantity) and proper storage. Safety & Security

: Enforce safety protocols, daily sealing/opening procedures, and compliance with regulations. Housekeeping & 5S: Maintain organized, effective, and clean storage facilities.

Reporting & Compliance MIS Reports: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory, purchases, and consumption. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Data Accuracy: Maintain exact records of all stock movements

Team Management Training & Supervision
