Role Description The Mathematics Educator will work on-site at the Rajkot center in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities include planning and delivering clear, structured mathematics lessons aligned with the center’s curriculum for various grade levels and exam tracks. The educator will explain core mathematical concepts, guide students through problem-solving, and provide targeted support for board and competitive exam preparation. Daily tasks also involve preparing teaching materials, assigning and reviewing practice work, and using assessment tools to monitor progress. The educator will collaborate with other staff to share feedback, adjust teaching strategies, and support students’ academic and personal growth. Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and experience applying mathematical concepts in an educational setting.
- Background in Mathematics Education and a track record as a Qualified Teacher or equivalent teaching experience.
- Experience with Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to boards and competitive exams.
- Ability to use assessment data to adjust instruction and support diverse learning needs.
- Clear, student-centered communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in easy terms.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Experience preparing learners for exams such as JEE, NEET, or Olympiads is an advantage.
