Position: HR Executive Working Days: Monday – Saturday Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.) Location: Rajkot (On-Site) Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Executive to drive Learning & Development (L&D;), internal communications, and core HR operations. The role involves managing our internal HR platform, facilitating the employee onboarding journey, curating training content, and generating critical MIS reports for management. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess a creative flair for internal branding, and have strong coordination skills to act as a bridge between the Head Office and Field Teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey and manage current employee accounts on the internal HR and learning platform. Administer structured induction plans, including assigning training modules, quizzes, and feedback questionnaires. Evaluate training effectiveness, compile assessment scores, and present progress insights to management. Assign and track the completion of product-specific and domain-specific training programs. Explore, curate, and publish relevant learning materials, updates, and training videos for employees. Manage and review internal communication campaigns, employee success stories, and culture-building initiatives, ensuring timely publication. Assist in producing, editing, and publishing leadership communication videos and internal announcements. Prepare, generate, and present comprehensive HR and operational MIS reports to management using MS Excel. Track and share field force metrics, including productivity, activity reports, and performance averages for new joiners. Act as the primary point of contact to resolve operational, training, and portal-related queries for both Head Office and Field Teams. Qualifications Good working knowledge of MS Office Suites. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with field staff, corporate teams, and management. High level of accountability with the ability to compile data and present actionable insights. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in similar role.
