Designation : QC Engineer Qualification: BSC(Chemistry)/Diploma / PGD-PPT / B. Tech in CIPET Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality standards in the manufacturing of HDPE Pipe and components. The role includes monitoring raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet technical specifications and industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Perform quality inspection of HDPE pipes, PLB ducts, and PPR pipes during production and final stages Monitor extrusion process parameters to ensure product quality Carry out raw material inspection and verification Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection documentationIdentify defects, analyze root causes, and suggest corrective actions Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvements Handle measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, pressure testing equipment, etc.Skills&Competencies:·        2 to 4 years of experience in QC, preferably in HDPE pipe manufacturing. ·        Strong knowledge of plastic extrusion process ·        Understanding of HDPE, PLB duct, and PPR product standards ·        Hands-on experience with quality testing instruments·         Good documentation and reporting skills ·        Problem-solving and attention to detail ·         Ability to work in rotational shifts ·        Knowledge of BIS/ISO/TEC standards related to pipe manufacturing.
