Key Responsibilities&Major Activities Production Planning&Control: Formulate, schedule, and supervise the entire production process. Ensure effective management of production lines. Plan production meetings, worker schedules, and machine maintenance. Cost&Quality Management: Maintain cost-effective and high-quality production standards. Optimize raw material and input utilization to reduce production costs. Monitor and minimize waste generation. Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Delivery&Customer Satisfaction: Ensure 100% OTIF (On-Time In-Full) customer delivery. Achieve improvement in conversion costs and product quality. Equipment&Process Control: Select and maintain production equipment. Supervise and enforce product standards and quality control programs. Implement contamination control by maintaining operational discipline and clean class standards. Safety&Compliance: Enforce safety rules and standards across the department. Ensure plant operations are ISO certified and environmentally compliant. Support Process Safety Management (PSM) in all operations. Achieve zero accidents and ensure safety compliance. Process Standardization&Improvement: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor adherence to procedures to ensure first-pass quality. Continuously improve process capability and efficiency. People Management&Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (suppliers, managers, etc.) to avoid delays. Lead, supervise, and review performance of production teams. Foster employee satisfaction and development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Improvement in conversion cost. 100% OTIF delivery. Quality improvement metrics.Waste minimization. Zero defects and zero accidents. Process capability improvements. Employee satisfaction scores. Educational Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Polymer Engineering
