The role emphasizes timely, life -saving interventions including angioplasty, stenting, and device implantation, alongside acute coronary care and heart failure management. The ideal candidate will contribute to clinical excellence, team -based patient care, and community health initiatives through collaboration with NGOs and public health programs. With foundational training and a commitment to quality, the incumbent will support continuous improvement in cardiovascular outcomes. <\/div> <\/div> Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/div>
- Perform coronary angioplasty, stenting, and cardiac catheterization per clinical guidelines. <\/li>
- Conduct and interpret echocardiograms and interventional imaging (angiography, IVUS, OCT). <\/li>
- Manage acute coronary syndromes with rapid, evidence -based interventions. <\/li>
- Carry out pacemaker and ICD implantation and follow -up in elective and emergency settings. <\/li>
- Provide comprehensive care for heart failure and arrhythmia patients. <\/li>
- Participate in electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures. <\/li>
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care. <\/li>
- Support public health outreach and NGO -led cardiovascular screening programs. <\/li>
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospital protocols. <\/li>
- Engage in career development and quality improvement initiatives. <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> Requirements:<\/b> <\/div>
- MBBS with MD/DM in Cardiology or equivalent from a recognized institution. <\/li>
- Certification in Echocardiography, Electrophysiology, or Interventional Cardiology (if applicable). <\/li>
- Hands -on experience in coronary angioplasty, stenting, and cardiac catheterization during training. <\/li>
- Proficiency in pacemaker and ICD implantation. <\/li>
- Knowledge of acute coronary care protocols and emergency cardiac response. <\/li>
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional imaging (angiography, IVUS, OCT). <\/li>
- Ability to perform under pressure with a focus on patient safety and outcomes. <\/li>
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. <\/li>
- Interest or experience in public health, community outreach, or NGO program implementation. <\/li>
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties. <\/li>
