Position: Litigation Associate / Advocate

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented legal professional who is passionate about litigation, drafting, legal strategy, and courtroom practice in the field of Intellectual Property Rights.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drafting legal notices, pleadings, replies, applications, and motions

✔ Conducting legal research and case analysis

✔ Appearing before courts, tribunals, and authorities

✔ Managing litigation matters and coordinating case strategy

✔ Handling client interactions and legal documentation

✔ Supporting dispute resolution and enforcement matters

Requirements:

▪ Minimum 1 year of relevant legal/corporate experience

▪ Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation practice

▪ Excellent drafting and legal research skills

▪ Experience in handling depositions and client coordination

▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced professional environment

▪ Prior litigation/advocacy experience will be an added advantage
