HVAC Design Engineer (Rajkot)

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer with experience in USA-based MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HVAC design, submittal reviews, and BIM/CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working independently while ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings from sketches and design inputs using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform HVAC design calculations using tools such as Trace/HAP.
- Review submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Ensure efficient utilization of time and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) discipline lead.
- Maintain robust professional relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and clients. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Proven experience working on USA-based HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and calculations.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC load calculation software such as Trace or HAP.
- Good understanding of submittal reviews and engineering procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience working with US-based clients or consultants.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
