Fire & Safety Officer (Rajkot)

Job Title: EHS / Fire & Safety Officer Location: Rajkot Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and compliance of fire & safety policies at the site
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Monitor fire safety systems such as alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, and sprinklers
- Conduct fire drills and emergency response training for employees
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, incident records, and inspection logs
- Ensure proper use of PPE and secure work practices
- Coordinate with external agencies for audits and fire safety certifications
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and legal requirements Key Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety or relevant certification
- 1–3 years of experience as Fire & Safety Officer
- Knowledge of fire prevention systems and emergency response procedures
- Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to conduct training and safety awareness programs
- Good communication and reporting skills Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in factory/plant/construction site safety
- Fire safety certification from a recognized institute
